This is about the network on Survival 3. For the wider organisation, click here.Template:Key people templateThe Survival 3 Railway Network is a network of railways across the Survival 3 world with the mission of providing a high quality rail transport network using four main SRN lines that begin at Grand Central Station in Spawn and extend in each cardinal direction.

Survival 3 World

SRN management was approached in late mid to late 2018 and was given the opportunity to build Survival 3 Spawn, with the view of Grand Central Station being a main component. The offer was accepted and work begun therefrom, finishing on the 19th of October.

Focus on building the first four cardinal stations at the end of pre-built lines began at Survival 3 opening.

Branch Lines

Branch lines are player built rail lines that connect to a SRN station. They usually lead to a town/city or player base.  To add new branch lines, players contact respective line manager who make sure that the line will work from the SRN side of affairs.

Private lines are a less common alternative to Branch Lines. A private line is a rail line that only runs up to a SRN line or station, rather than connect. Private lines are used when a player only wants to travel from their base to the SRN, or a player’s base is just starting out.

Property

The SRN rail lines and stations are considered a build like any other base, farm, town etc. This would usually mean that the ‘100 block rule’ applies when building near them. However, players are given permission near SRN lines with the Survival Railway Network guidelines.
