Branch Lines
Branch lines are player built rail lines that connect to a SRN station. They usually lead to a town/city or player base. To add new branch lines, players contact respective line manager who make sure that the line will work from the SRN side of affairs.
Private lines are a less common alternative to Branch Lines. A private line is a rail line that only runs up to a SRN line or station, rather than connect. Private lines are used when a player only wants to travel from their base to the SRN, or a player’s base is just starting out.
Property
The SRN rail lines and stations are considered a build like any other base, farm, town etc. This would usually mean that the ‘100 block rule’ applies when building near them. However, players are given permission near SRN lines with the Survival Railway Network guidelines.
