Moo Moo Island was a build on the Survival 4 world, built by dawiiee. The island was a spiritual successor to Banana Bay.
The island was predominantly made up of houses and small peaks on a mooshroom island biome. Houses were constructed in a unique style that emphasized irregular layout, and cramped detail-orientated design. Most buildings had secret rooms that were often able to be accessed by crouching, trapdoors, etc. Building layouts often extended to within the mountain.
A small harbour sat between a cave canal which led to the center of the island. There the notable 'Shroom of Ideas' and 'Tilted Bucket' tavern can be found. Further south were the flappylands.
