Machair Station was designed to resemble a Tudor style building, sitting atop a mountainous island within a low-lying forest biome. The structure had a large archway through its foundations, under which a small stream flows from a pond, down a waterfall and into the lake below. The surrounding island was landscaped to resemble a typical machair found in real life. A machair is a low lying grassy plain found in parts of Scotland and Ireland.
