Base-47, code name B-47 was the base of _Brin on the Survival 4 Beagle world of the Dogcraft Server, in the style of an ocean based scientific research colony.
Mission Brief
Several unfortunate incidents had set back the construction timetable, as well as injured many crew members. The greatest of these had been the loss of the initial IPHS, or Inter-Planetary Home Ship, which had carried the bulk of equipment and supplies needed for proper resource reclamation and auto-construction. Thankfully no lives had been lost in the incident, but the crew had been forced to abandon the vessel weeks before reaching the planet, and had had to work with only the most basic of gear found standard on the smaller short range exploration craft used to finish the trip.
History
_Brin felt they needed a challenge to inspire them again, so they decided to build in a completely new style, and also mainly underwater. Another goal was to make all builds within the base functional in some way, such as farms, storage, or even player transport. While the project was never fully finished, it was the largest and most pre-meditated work done by then.
