The Egg Museum was a build on the Survival 4 world of the Dogcraft Server.
About
Located in the desert along Egg Harbour Road on Husky sat the Egg Museum, which displayed Minda905's personal collection of Spawn Eggs gathered during Survival 4. It was a homage to the egg-capture plugin that was removed when the server was updated to 1.17.
History
One day, when the Husky server was down, Minda found herself stranded on Beagle with a shulkerbox of eggs, and thus began the capturing of mobs to obtain a full collection. While she collected most of the mobs herself, she also traded with other players for rarer ones, as well as being gifted some that had been removed or weren't obtainable with the plugin - with special credit to _Brin, TekBot0507, eybwam, N1cM4tth3w63, RY44, TrainerMoon and "Santa".
The collection held 62 eggs, of which 7 specimens were listed as 0% capture chance or not listed at all in the guide to mob eggs (slime, wither skeleton, piglin brute, killer bunny, mega slime, magma cube and zoglin).
The museum itself was a modern/contemporary style build made of wood, glass and stone materials, featuring a distinct wave-shaped roof and a simple interior. It was designed and built in early February of 2022 with consultation from eybwam.
