History
When RHN planned to go over the ocean north from North Station, they contacted CODI as they have built roads up in that area. After a talk with them, they helped RHN with how it would work up north. 3thanisboss came up with an idea which included where the two networks met. It was first a statue of some sorts, but later became Crossover Shelter. At one end it had the RHN banners, while on the other end it sported the CODI banners. When going through this shelter from Desert Islands Road, you would have entered CODI's road, and vice versa.
