This page is here to showcase my farms and builds on the servers.

I, 20.png Mrkalaspuff, primarily play on Beagle but have some interesting areas on Husky as well.

History

Initially I started on Husky, eventually going north on SRN to North Station.

Facing north from there you can see a nice river in a gorge. I figured that would be a nice place to make home so I settled there for my starter base. Later on it turned out a 2nd server was needed so I moved over to Beagle and set camp Southeast of spawn.

The area on Husky (-11, 76 -1500) is built to give the SRN traveler a nice experience going thru the base/city. It was also an attempt of building something out of your comfort zone. Some basic storage in one of the builds, but nothing more. All for the details to bring some life into the city.

The base on beagle turned out to be something different. It started out as a regular minecraft village, as they are an easy way to get started with. The main base on Beagle is connected with a branch-line from East station.

Soon my needs for base, farms and storage grew so I dug down and added my main storage below one of the buildings (still vanilla village).

A simple ironfarm and village breeder was added and I got some traders going on. In this area I also built manual farms for crops, level by level all way down to bedrock.

Any farm I build is based on a need. for example the big bamboo area is fuel for a 20 furnace smeltery, purpose build for NTN to smelt netherrack.

I had three large farms for netherwarts, but they are replaced with mossfarm and cacti-farm (instant xp).

Surrounding the base is some 400 fully powered beacons.
