The Tower of Tea is a whimsical build on Survival 4 of the Dogcraft Server. It was made by Minda905, PerskyPuff, and SummerFlower1234 (also known as "Team Tea") for the NTN Tower Building Contest event that was held in September 2021, in which it was awarded 1st place on Beagle.
About/History
Summer pulled the team together to start brainstorming ideas.
The theme of "Alice in Wonderland" was put on the table, which during the creative building sessions evolved into the Mad Hatters tea-party, and finally into a stacked teacup tower.
When the building on the server commenced, the team was assigned a plot in the middle of the sea on Husky. This did not fully work with their plans and so they kindly asked to get another plot, and got re-assigned to build their tower on top of a birch forest hill on Beagle 30k North-East.
Building took place over the course of the month and after adding the final touches (spawnproofing, adding beds, a food donation chest, enderchest, and the donkey Friend), the team dressed up in their Alice in Wonderland outfits and wrote the lore together in the teapot.

Design & Layout
Exterior
The "tower" consists of a round wooden and glass table with three stacked teacups on top (one for each member on the team) and an upside-down teapot pouring water into them from above. Leaned against one of the table legs is a golden pocket watch. The surrounding landscape has been slightly terraformed and decorated.
Interior
When you exit the nether you arrive in the top teacup, where there are beds, a food donations chest, enderchest and some flowers in pots for decorations. There is also a bubblevator that can take you up to the teapot above the cups or down to ground. The inside of the magic teapot holds a garden teaparty, with floating condiments, glowberry vines and mushrooms. Climbing up through the teapot we finally reach the top and the elytra platform with some glass balloon lanterns floating above it to provide light.
