The jail islands

"Welcome to Jail. While your [sic] here you should reflect on why you might be here. If you need help please contact your friendly mod" The pair of signs on the Jail server

Jail is a world on the Dogcraft Server, accessible via the /server jail command. It consists of two small floating islands in the void connected by a bridge, one of which is partially able to be mined and built on. The Jail server was introduced in late-2022, though has existed in previous forms as an area installed on earlier Survival worlds (such as a jail modeled after Azkaban from Harry Potter on Survival 3)

The jail server is a staff area that allows moderators to remove players from gameplay (typically to hold users for questioning) without kicking or banning them from the server outright. Players who have been jailed by staff are unable to return to other servers while in jail, and must follow Server Moderator instructions. Players who have not been punished are able to leave freely with /server [server].
