The '''Server Rep Rank''' is a rank among the [[Staff Team|staff team]] that serves as an in-between for the staff and management and would hold two members of staff for opposite ends of the world. This rank would rotate between members of staff who volunteered on a monthly basis, similar to how the [[Helper]] rank functions currently. The duties of the reps are simple, they are responsible for picking up complaints and suggestion of the staff and passing them up the chain to ensure they aren't lost. Additionally they serve as a method of anonymous submission for mods who may be nervous about sharing ideas they feel may be unfavorable. This information would be relayed by voice chat meetings and/or through text in the rep channel.

Although the scope of the role has changed since inception, Staff Liaisons' current responsibilities are relatively limited in scope to simply helping staff members submit feedback, ideas, suggestions and proposals to leadership staff in a timely and effective manner. They may also act as a proxy if a staff member wishes to make a submission anonymously. Although the role is simple in scope, it does involve handling sensitive or otherwise important information, requiring a degree of trust and communication skills. Liaisons are appointed at the discretion of the leadership through an electoral process.


The role was created sometime around September of 2017 and used this monthly rotation method until January of 2018. Staff who held the Rep role during this time included:

RTA was noted for having a significant influence in the direction of the role, including making the appointment of {{Player|googly2002}} to the team and the renaming of the role to "Staff Rep" in April 2019, before it was renamed later again to ''DC Server Rep''.

As a result of googly2002 being promoted to Discord Head Mod, and briggsmech to Head Mod, {{Player|Cookies58_}}, {{Player|GummiBear87}}, {{Player|TrainerMoon}} and {{Player|Le_Gambit}} were appointed the role. In early 2022, Gummi left the position and be replaced by {{Player|Minda905}} later that year in July.


After the month of January the decision was made by server management to appoint ''Scooberson'' with the rank of Server Rep permanently to establish a form of consistency in the rep role. This ran until summer of 2018 when Scooberson took a 2 month break for summer, which during this time simply_simon_ stepped up and filled the position until Scooberson's return in August. The two shared the role until October of 2018 when the rep position experienced a brief break during management changes.

Changes in management saw Scooberson promoted to the role of HeadMod, requiring a new rep to be appointed to work alongside simply_simon_. The selection then came to 20.png RTAcubed. RTAcubed held this position until July 2019 when he handed his position off to 20.png briggsmech. RTA was noted for having a significant influence in the direction of the role, including making the appointment of 20.png googly2002 to the team and the renaming of the role to "Staff Rep" in April 2019, before it was renamed later again to DC Server Rep.
