Pinewood Station was the fifth station on the Shepherd South Line on Survival 5. The station was designed and built by 20.png AdamB4255 and was opened to the public on the 18th of August 2023 in a joint opening alongside the third and fourth stations on the Shepherd South Line, Cape Turtle and White Thorns respectively. Pinewood was the terminal destination of the Shepherd South Line.

About The Station

The station location was picked out by 20.png Montenator after AdamB4255 approached him looking to build another SRN station. The station itself was built in a modern rustic style, modelled off of a Swiss style ski lodge. The station sat amidst a taiga biome on the banks of a large lake. The station was largely built from spruce variants and a combination of stone bricks, cobblestone and andesite. The gently inclining roof was broken up by several large chimneys equipped with hidden campfires to give the illusion of smoke.

The inside was decorated in a very detailed manor. The room housing the NTN portal was decorated with several colourful mosaics along the wall, as well as having tables and a fish tank inside. The main room included beds and utilities including a food dispenser, this room also included the main entrance to the station, and would have included the terminal for a main line further southwards had it been built. The room at the southern end of the station featured a comfortable lounge area with great views out to the lakeside and surrounding coniferous forest.
