Dogcraft.net is lead by a Staff Team who carry out the management, moderation and administration of the community in order to enforce the rules and curate the community. Members of the staff team have particular roles and can be recognised by a rank on the server, discord or website.

The team is overseen by ReNDoG himself, who appoints the Community Administrator and Head Moderators to lead the branches of the team; of which it is split into three; Server, Discord and Website. In addition, a select number of staff members are elected biannually as Staff Liaisons, who assist with inter-staff communication.

Staff Branches

There are three branches of the staff team, each led by Head Moderators. The Head Moderators of each staff team (known as the "Inderdepartmental Head Moderators") form the general leadership team, who, in addition to the Community Administrator and ReNDoG are responsible for community-wide decisions and act as the committee responsible for defining the rules.

Separately, the Wiki Administrators and Web Admin form the committee responsible for upkeep of the Dogcraft.net website.

Organisation

The Dogcraft Staff team has their own Discord Server for organisation, and all members of the team can be identified by a corresponding role and icon on the public Discord Server. Most Staff members additionally have an in-game rank to distinguish themselves from ordinary players, important so they can effectively carry out moderation duties and identify other staff members. Additionally, Patreon Head Moderators, Web Admins, and Wiki Admins also have ranks in-game, of varying visibility—this is why some users are hoisted above others in the TAB menu despite carrying no public role.
