We treat all villagers equally. Please understand that we can not reveal our location to the public, since villager rights activists are already looking for us.

Our goal is to get the highest potential out of every villager and get their resources. A milestone in villager trading is the "Death is Priceless" method. We use a zombie to motivate our villagers until the are green(?) and then give them extra water that doesn't weaken them and a golden trophy.

Although villagers are our specialty, we do have other branches. Those are hot bathing iron golems for some iron donations, freeing bees of their honey, collecting gunpowder from falling green pigs and the most basic of them all sugarcane, melon and pumpkin farming.

Villagers

As stated above we do treat our villagers equally well. They all get a bed to sleep in and at least a private space of 2m^2. Some are treated even better. They are allowed to move freely in their designated area and hang out with coworkers. Most villagers have a work station to do their work. They are asked to work as much as possible, but still only work from 8:00 to 12:00. Management tried its best to get these numbers higher, but everything they tried failed.

Occasionally villagers disappear or appear somewhere. There have been two accidental death by sword, one by bow and one by pickaxe. Until now it was not possible to bring the person responsible to justice. Also there are over 20 unexplained lava casualties and one lightning related incident.

Iron donations

There are four villager clubs set up around one friendly pillager in their middle. The pillager is encouraging the villagers to encourage iron golems to come by and donate some iron. This system is working so well that we tend to donate iron ourselves instead of selling it.
