Lore
A long time ago, A small swamp civilization grew bigger and bigger until they had reached the size of a respectable town. The soft ground they had built on however had other plans for them. Roads and basements got flooded again and again until eventually the people declared the town not safe for living and abandoned it. Time passed and nature slowly started to claim the terrain back until one day a nomadic tribe stumbled upon the abandoned buildings. Some of them decided to settle and made the place habitable again by blocking water in front of doors and building bridges and walkways across the flooded parts.
Eventually the new people of the town created small farms in the houses to live a self sustaining life and even sell goods to the rest of the worlds.
Religious believes
The Eastwooders brought two main gods into this new place they called home. One worshiping a greater shapeless being they call the Creator and a god depicted as a nameless snake holding a scale.
-The Creator
The Creator is a shapeless being. It is believed that the Creator is the one who builds all they live from. It's hands are what put the blocks of their worlds into place.
-The Nameless Snake
The snake lives under ground and is who provides them with all the resources. The Nameless Snake is the one who creates all that the Creator needs to shape the world and makes sure that there is always enough of everything present to keep creation in balance.
History
Constructions on Eastwood Marsh began mid January 2023 and the base has been slowly expanding ever since.
The first plan was to build it on Corgi but some severe lag spikes made that world unplayable for a short while around that time. As at that point only the center clock tower was built, it was decided to move the project to Labrador. The result of this is that a twin of the tower can still be found in a jungle on Corgi.
