This page contains Sources for the Timeline page; a subproject of the Dogcraft Wiki that aims to create a comprehensive timeline of major events that shaped the Dogcraft community. Due to the high volume of information needed in order to piece this together, firsthand testimony from interviewing older users as well as scouring through old recordings and data is necessary. In order to ensure that information is not lost, this page contains a repository of sources that can be used to create the main Timeline.

Honestly, I have no clue on any of that. I was a site mod for years (2011-2016?), was server mod when SGHUK ran it and site mods were also server mods. I stepped down for family reasons in late 2015/early 2016-not sure of the timing at all and then came back to help victix as co-head mod when Harley stepped down. I have no idea when my official end to that was. I emailed Ren to step down in 2018, but my resignation wasn’t acknowledged (typical Ren haha). I would guess whenever the new site would be the “official” end of my tyranny. To my knowledge, I was listed as head mod until that ended. Iron would know that date better 🙂 I hope you are able to get everything on there that you wish. Ren has an episode on his original series where he mentions a lot of the OG mods that were there since the beginning. I doubt he mentions dates though.

Hey Dmgdog,
I've spent a bit of time looking through old docs and can piece together a bit of my timeline with Dogcraft. I joined DC.net in September 2012, and became a Moderator later that year, and Head Mod in 2013 (not sure exactly when). The first head mod of the original site iirc was "ducky" The head mod that preceded me was "Woody" (not sure if there was a headmod between ducky and woody) My Fellow head mod was Baergo. The website admin at the time was "razor" I stepped down and moved on, probably early in 2014 due to work constraints in reallife. I was never involved with the DC Minecraft Server.
A couple thoughts in the timeline.
August 2012 - Arcade added. Website and forum backend rebuilt sometime in 2013 by razor. Fall 2013 - Dogcraft Dollars first implemented, which could be earned through VIP membership or for chatting on the forums. Fall 2013 - Dogcraft Shop added, allowing users to buy website "stock" to display on their profile with DCD.
I know there is not a lot of extra detail here. The best other people that I can recommend are Ironboundred and lilwolfie.
Have a great day. Cheers!
Ivan

Dogcraft Down Low Podcast
The Dogcraft Down Low Podcast was a podcast produced through 2013 by Ivan Dogovich.
Notable information, sourced by nossi345:
Ep 2 - Oct 27, 2013
- Cyberdog Server Games introduced and organized by Nocturnal_Harlequin
Ep 5 - Nov 19, 2013
- Mattigins is promoted to Admin
- Shop coded by Matti is added to the website
Ep 6 - Nov 25, 2013
- New 1.7.2 Cyberdog fan-run Minecraft server launched with a whitelist
- Dogcraft Twitter account created (Twitter shows the account has joined on May 2013, but first activity is on 22nd of November. I'm guessing that it previously belonged to a person in the community and then came to be the Dogcraft twitter account, but this is just my guess)
Old shop
An image of what the Shop looked like in late 2013. This shows the "stock" Ivan was talking about in the podcast. These items weren't connected to your Minecraft inventory, but just collectibles on the website.
