Y21 refers to the retail shopping business run by jmsvvr, 
jvkermit, and maxmoneyawa on Dogcraft since the Survival 2 world. It's name derives from its original plot address in that world's mall (yellow 21). Historically, the business has been among the server's most successful shops and remained in existence throughout Survival 3, Survival 4, and will return in the official mall of Survival 5.
About
Conceived as a one-stop shopping experience for explorers, builders, and redstone enthusiasts alike, Y21 is devoted to honestly meeting the needs of players. The company maintains a ready supply of most high-use blocks in the game, though specialty items like beacons and shulker boxes are not sold. Its success in Sur 3 and 4 led to jmsvvr holding the second most DCD on the server (after server admin 
ironboundred).
In Survival 5, Y21's corporate headquarters are located within Y21's downtown area on Shepherd (x=7234, z=1962) to the south of Leon. Their main production facility and residence - known as "the Mansion" - is located at x=7504, z=1874, just east of downtown Y21. The Mansion is inspired by the real-life Georgian/Beau Arts home of steel magnate and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie (now the Cooper Hewitt on Fifth Avenue in New York City) and was built by jvkermit.
History
Originally two separate entities run by jmsvvr and jvkermit, the name "Y21" refers to the plot address of jmsvvr's shop in the Survival 2 Mall. Jvkermit's shop next door (titled "Red Stone Redstone") held a noncompetitive agreement with Y21, and a merger between companies was formalized at the start of Sur3. Maxmoneyawa joined the company in Survival 4 and operated the group's Beagle facilities.
During Survival 4, Y21's mall plot plot was located in the upper level of Tree (B_10, B_11, and B_12). Its corporate management structure was as follows:
jmsvvr: President and CEO
jvkermit: Vice President of Development (Husky)
maxmoneyawa: Vice President of Development (Beagle)
The company's real estate holdings during Survival included Alpha Production Site (Husky - built by jmsvvr, jvkermit, and maxmoneyawa), Enterprise Island and Downtown 21 (Husky - built by jvkermit), and Bravo Production Site (Beagle - built by maxmoneyawa). Though most manufacturing occurred underground at Alpha Production Site, there were additional farms, etc. located at each location and in some cases (i.e., guardian farm) at other sites around the server.
