The name Y21 refers to the player-run company operated by jmsvvr, 
jvkermit, and maxmoneyawa. The brand gets its name from their mall plot address in the Survival 2 mall (yellow 21). The company is historically among the server's most successful shops and remained in existence throughout Survival 3 and Survival 4. They plan a return in Survival 5.
About
Y21 is devoted to meeting the building needs of players and is historically among the most financially successful shops on the Dogcraft server. The company's success led to jmsvvr holding the second most DCD on Sur3 and Sur4 (after 
ironboundred). The shop itself maintains ample stock of most high-use blocks in the game and is designed as a one-stop location for explorers, builders and redstone enthusiasts alike (though we do not stock specialty items like beacons and shulker boxes).
History
Originally two separate entities run by jmsvvr and jvkermit, the name "Y21" refers to the plot address of jmsvvr's shop in the Sur2 Mall. Jvkermit's shop next door (titled "Red Stone Redstone") held a noncompetitive agreement with Y21, and a merger between companies was formalized at the start of Sur3. Maxmoneyawa joined the company in Sur4 and operated the group's Beagle facilities.
During Sur4, Y21's mall plot plot was located in the upper level of Tree (B_10, B_11, and B_12). Its corporate management structure was as follows:
jmsvvr: President and CEO
jvkermit: Vice President of Development (Husky)
maxmoneyawa: Vice President of Development (Beagle)
The company's real estate holdings during Sur4 included Alpha Production Site (Husky - built by jmsvvr, jvkermit, and maxmoneyawa), Enterprise Island and Downtown 21 (Husky - built by jvkermit), and Bravo Production Site (Beagle - built by maxmoneyawa). Though most manufacturing occurred underground at Alpha Production Site, there were additional farms, etc. located at each location and in some cases (guardian farm) at other sites around the server.
