Hi! My name is Minda and I joined Dogcraft on Aug 1st 2020 during Survival 4.

Noteblock Songs

Minda is mostly known for her musical noteblock contraptions, a project she's been working on independently and in collaboration with other players all around the server since December of 2020.

The main idea behind the project is to put music into the world with the main focus not being on the contraption itself, but for it to add to the theme and immersion of the surrounding builds and landscape. During Survival 4 the project reached 21 contraptions of which the notable Spooky Halloween Music Quiz was featured in Renthedog's festive Halloween community Stream on October 30th, 2021.

Survival 4 base

Ingrid Islands, located in the sea ca. 3200 blocks south of Husky Spawn, was an island-style base with historically inspired buildings and vessels scattered around. Its main feature was a villa inspired by a real house built in 1902, but dressed up in a Tudor-look. The central staircase in its tower reached all the way down to bedrock, sprouting several corridors and rooms leading to storage, farms and themed areas like a music hall and memento archives.

Ingrid Islands was featured in the 1 year anniversary stream on April 10th 2021.

Survival 5 base

Lilyrose Valley, located ca. 3800 blocks south-west of Corgi spawn, is a fairy fantasy-style base founded by Minda in late April of 2022. It features buildings of various organic shapes alike mushrooms, leaves, curves and curls in a coherent block palette of greys, whites, greens, browns, and reds.

-Hi! My name is Minda and I'm a freetime Minecrafter from Sweden who joined Dogcraft in August of 2020. After some confusion I began my active playing about a month later, this being the first SMP I've joined to play actively.

-When Minecraft rose to new popularity thanks major YouTube gamers picking up the game on their channels in early 2019 it caught my interest. Intrigued, I also started watching Grian's Hermitcraft Season 6, and later caught up with several of the other Hermits videos. RenDog, Scar, Bdubs and False quickly became my favourite Hermits along with Grian, all of whom has undoubtedly had a major influence on my building style.
-During the summer of 2019 I decided to give the game a go and I have been hooked ever since!
-Getting tired of only playing by myself I started looking for SMP's to play on, and after hearing RenDog talking about the DogCraft server I decided to give it a ago, and fell in love with the helpful and kind community.
-I am a creative person with a background in music/teaching and I love to dabble my nose into most aspects of the gameplay, whether it be building, redstone, exploring, armourstands or even commandblocks. I do also like to create lore and stories around my major projects!
 ==On Dogcraft==
-Starting out on Husky in Survival 4 I went north from spawn by horseback, trying to find a good place for a starter base. However, after some confusion, and being a bit overwhelmed I took a short time away from the server. When I returned I decided to start over and went South on the SRN, heading for a small island south west of Alpine Station which I had scouted out on the map.
-There I founded Ingrid Island(s) ~[x -825, z 3260], upon which I built Villa Ingrid, a harbour and a ship which I named Moonriver (after Jacob Collier's Grammy awarded cover). Most of the base is located underground, with rooms and farms connected to the tower stairwell reaching all the way down to bedrock, as well as a nether portal with a tunnel connecting to the south NTN line. At the time of writing the base has been further expanded is still being worked on.
