Tom's Tatties is the enterprise and Tatties HQ is the base created by 
AwesomeTom21 on the Survival 5 world of the Dogcraft Server.
The Business
Though commonly laughed at by the seeming lack of profit, Tom's Tatties is a truly thriving business. With a magnificent and growing headquarters, a fleet of branded vehicles, and a number of contract deals, the profits mean little in the overall successes of Tom's Tatties Incorporated.
The Humble Beginnings
Previous to the large-scale takeover Tom's Tatties is today, it all started as AwesomeTom21's small, home-grown potato business run from his garden and cooked in his backyard smeltery. When the NTN started needing with the aim of providing a continuous, sustainable, and delicious food source for the NTN. Tom's Tatties may never have grown beyond this if not for
The Profit
Tom's Tatties has a single official storefront (as of 8/19/2022) originally prompted by the growing support of the Tatties from both the NTN and Rome. This storefront, quite the hidden gem, is located in MOTTO, in plot X14. It boasts reasonably priced Tatties, and a giant potato atop a glorious golden dome. As of now, the shop has been "grossly underappreciated" says Tom. And it's understandable, as with the number of sponsorship deals out there, if you help out with the right things you'll likely find free Tom's Tatties.
The Sponsorship Deals
Tom's Tatties has become quite the household name brand for baked potatoes around the DogCraft worlds. With all this talk, there is sure to be a number of larger businesses and organizations looking for large amounts of Tatties for a discount deal and a bit of free exposure. This is exactly what has happened.
- The very first supply deal was made with the NTN. With Tom's Tatties HQ being located in an area dubbed "NTN Land", home of the donations center for the NTN, as well as a multitude of beautiful buildings and some of the manager's belongings and infrastructure, it was not hard to negotiate. Providing food for the NTN during their weekly build sessions, the brand began to gain a small amount of traction within primarily the management of the NTN. This extended particularly to the NTN Project Lead
TrainerMoon who promptly vowed to live off the Tatties for the entirety of Survival 5. - After hearing of the budding entrepreneur in a NTN Dig Session,
Wanderer_06 inquired if Tom's Tatties would be interested in a partnership of sorts with Rome, Wanderer's personal city project. Tom enthusiastically agreed to the proposition, and since then Tom's Tatties and Rome have worked in tandem to cause chaos across the server.. (just kidding). Tom's Tatties has since then: launched a plane boasting a banner advertisement over Rome's Colosseum, become the official owner of the "Blue" team, and supplied food for all Colosseum gladiators and participants. - After base construction of the Tat HQ and with the increased efficiency and output, Tom was able to secure a deal with the SRN. For a monthly subscription, the SRN crew and helpers are now able to access an unlimited supply of Tatties. This hugely benefits
expedtadam , the leader of the SRN, who is famously known among the NTN crew for being incredibly broke and in debt. At least he won't starve now :)
The Headquarters
Despite what statistically is viewed as a failure of the MOTTO shop, AwesomeTom21 decided to press on with the expansion of Tom's Tatties, beginning construction on the large domed headquarters May of 2022. The main body of the HQ was completed in early July of 2022, but continues to be added to with vehicles, roads, and possibly a basement... (see: TatMan and SpudBoy). Some recent additions to the headquarters include eight industrial grade potato plots and platforms that link to a complex potato transportation network leading to a massive smoker array. While the redstone to the smoker array may be questionable, (to quote Tom, "when building redstone I look at it and I think 'would mumbo cry looking at this' if yes - then I done good :P"), it, along with the new potato plots, more than tripled Tattie production. From as little to two-thirds of a double chest per harvest, to around two and a half double chests per harvest.
The Personas and Lore
With a theme as clear as potatoes, it's not very hard to invent nicknames and personas for a cheery fellow such as Tom. Starting with the original "Mr. Tatties" the names and storylines have become more and more complex as time passes, with art being developed and base plans expanded due to these magnificent ideas.
- Mr. Tatties - Originated quite early on, developed by the NTN team due to the introduction of Tom's Tatties to their diets. "Mr. Tatties" is short, sweet, and to the point. It is commonly used as a business signature by Tom, and is his discord nickname in (at least one) discord.
- Tat-Shark - Well it sounds worse than it was. Being part of the NTN dig session crew, Tom made a shark skin for "sharkcraft", or kiwicraft, that features a baked potato on the overalls as its unique feature.
- Billionaire - I think Tom was dreaming when he made this bling-covered skin, as we are aware the glasses are not gold, but rather spray painted aluminum foil.
- TatMan and Spudboy - Introducing a plethora of new uses of "Tat" as a prefix comes Tatman. Spudboy is Wanderer_06, but rather than fighting crime, fights most lawsuits and paperwork (as well as editing this wiki page) for the Tatties empire.
