Bucherville is the base of 20.png bucherwurm31 on the Survival 5 world of the Dogcraft Server. It is a cozy village on akita located next to the sea in a sparse jungle biome. You can reach it by taking the SRN to Bookmark Station or in the east NTN tunnel.

History

Construction of bucherville started in mai 2022, shortly after bucherwurm31 joined Dogcraft. It was finished just in time when survival 5 ended at the beginning of october 2023.

The village started as just one starter house in which bucherwurm31 continued to live in for the entire season. After that a number of houses were build that all served a different purpouse:

Builds

Library

The library is the building that gave bucherville it's name. (Bucher originates from the german word "Bücher" which translates to books.) The library consists of two buildings that both have different genres of books and are connected via a bridge. The first building has books from the true crime, fantasy, science fiction, thriller, and horror genre as well as an enchanting table. In the second building one can find children and teenager books, guides, graphic novels, romance, young adults and queer romance as well as desks to work at and spaces to chill and read a book in peace and quiet.

Museum

The bucherville museum is located in the center of bucherville and has it entrance towards the market. The museum's idea is to display artefacts from server wide events especially those bucherwurm31 did attend. It has 6 exhibitions spread over 4 floors.

In the basement there is the update exhibition showing all new blocks from the 1.17/1.18 and 1.19 update. You can also find a cloakroom and bathrooms here as well as the employee area with offices, a meeting room and the depository.

The entrance to the museum is on the ground floor. When you enter the museum Gelly greets you from behind his desk and can provide you with all the information you need. The walls in the entrance hall are decorated with bucherwurm31's collection of MikaPanda Cookies. To the left you can find the DCT Events exhibition, presenting artfacts from various events such as the end openings, easter, christmas, and halloween events. To the right you can find the Mall Heads exhibition presenting a selection of seasonal heads that were available in the mall.

On the first floor there is the transport network exhibtion. It includes the SRN, CRN and NTN banners as well as items collected at diffrent events hosted by the aforementioned groups such as openings and build sessions. Here you can also take a break and enjoy a cup of coffee at the museum's cafe including a balcony with additional seating.

The second floor is only reachable via a minecart ride starting on the first floor. The ride takes you upstairs and through a selection of mob heads.

Inn

During your visit in bucherville you can stay in the inn. It is the biggest building in bucherville and has 5 rooms available with 11 beds in total. All rooms feature one or two bedroom(s) and a main room containing a table, a sofa, a desk and bookshelves. There are additional features such as a TV Screen or a balcony depending on the room size. The tavern downstairs is the restaurant in bucherville and offers Emotional Support Cookies, Tom's Tatties, Carrot Mafia Carrots and more.
