My Dogcraft Story
- Oh man, I love Dogcraft.
- Dogcraft was the first SMP I joined! (besides Hypixel, but that doesn't count). I joined because of a Ren stream, but stayed because of the amazing people and community!
- I joined Survival 4 shortly after the start, but it just wasn't the same as joining at the very beginning, so I didn't really feel I had a direction for what to do. This led to me digging a few giant holes, building and living in a turtle, and going to a few SRN openings and other events, but not much by myself. Nitro was definitely a highlight.
- However, in Survival 5, I had a lot more direction to begin, and thanks to NTN dig sessions, a lot more friends to do it with. I started my own city, Rome, featuring a massive Colosseum, among some other buildings. I started the DCPS (DogCraft Pet Store), built a bit in Leon, helped out with the NTN, SRN, and even extended a road for the RHN to go all the way to Rome!
- Tom's Tatties has been a huge part of my Minecraft experience, as I made the initial wikipage, and actually have an irl Tom's Tatties hoodie and self-made figurines! While I am sad to be unable to contribute to future plans regarding the business, I am infinitely joyous in the memories I hold with Tom and the mischeif we got into.
- Life priorities have shifted, and the time-sink that is Minecraft as a whole is something I need to relinquish if I am to accomplish my very real goals with my life. DogCraft will forever be a part of my story, and a good one at that, I just need to reallocate my time to that of my real, not virtual, reality.
