Cyberball is a minigame in Canine Kingdom on the Survival 6 world of the Dogcraft Server.
About
Cyberball is a team football/soccer style minigame built by ViBEEng in the Gigacorp district of Canine Kingdom.
Two teams of 2-3 players use knockback swords and compete against each other to try and score by hitting the Cyberball into the opposing teams goal, while also trying to stop the other team from scoring. Each player is armed with a knockback II wooden sword, and leather armour in their team colours. Meanwhile the Cyberball, which is a role also filled by another player, will wear a set of netherite armor.
History
Cyberball is based off the concept of Scootball created by Rendog in season 10 of Hermitcraft. In Scootball, two teams compete to hit the "scoot" (aka armadillo) into the goals at each end of the court. Armadillos were added in the 1.20.5 update titled Armored Paws, however as Dogcraft is not updated to this version yet the lack of armadillos led players to brainstorm other ideas of what could be used as a ball. After testing with armor stands failed, it was decided the most practical option available to use as a ball was simply... another player! Thus Cyberball was born! The name changed from Scootball to Cyberball to reflect the change of using a Cyberdog as the ball.
