There were plans to include a secret 9 3/4 plattform with a minigame, where you have to ride a minecart resembling Hogwarts Express. Sadly there was not enough time to build that before the end of sur-5.

Bookmark Station was a station build by 20.png bucherwurm31 on the survival 5 world of the Dogcraft Server. The Station is located next to bucherville and is a stop on the south-eastern part of Akita's ring line. You can get there by taking the SRN from either Lakeworks Station or Reservoir Station.

About

The station's architecture is based of King's Cross Station in London. The main hall has two plattforms 10 and 11. The SRN towards Lakeworks arrives and departs at plattform 10 and the SRN towards Reservoir at plattform 11. On the edges of the main hall there are four towers, which function as elytra jump platform and can be reached via the paintings in the main hall. Opposite of the main building there is the station café providing an enderchest, a bit of storage as well as delicious cookies.

Bookmark Station also features an underground connection. It's nether portal leads to another plattform which makes the NTN look like an underground train.

Design

The station is designed to look like Kings Cross Station because it's next to two Harry Potter escape rooms "Diagon Alley and Privet Drive". It's design is supposed to fit the Harry Potter themed area. There were plans to include a third game underneath the station, starting from a hidden plattform 9 ¾. That is why the station has plattforms 10 and 11 and not 1 and 2. There was not enough time to add that game before the end of survival 5.

History

For decades the villagers of bucherville used old bucherville station inside the village. However the station became to small and a newer and bigger station had to be build. The planning of Bookmark Station started in late april 2023. Originally planned to be a branch line station, it became clear that bucherville is located directly in the way of the sout-east ring line and it was decided to make it a stop on the ring line instead. Construction started in june 2023. It was opened during the akita-mega opening on 2nd Spetember 2023 alongside the other south east ring line stations.
