History
After noticing that the closest shelter to LoLo's Gulch is Land River Shelter, 
GooDboi_ELMO formerly known as LoLoBooM4k, decided to make one near LoLo's Gulch's entrance. As of July 22nd 2021, it's permissions are not right. 
TyrantrumGOD have asked them to change the permissions, but have not gotten any message back from them.
