History
After Sikukuu was getting a road, 
Montenator & 
ElliotTheRedd made the shelter. Despite trying to contact ElliotTheRedd about permissions that were wrong, 
TyrantrumGOD added it to the list anyway. As of July 22nd 2021, it's permissions are yet to be correct and waiting for an opening.
