NW Avalanche Branch Line

Placeholder text that will be filled out more later. Describing the branch line that stretches from Barkenstein, to Sunpetal Oasis, and eventually reaching Witchwood Station along the North SRN line. Once the West line is expanded enough the line will connect to a station there.
