Retriever Spawn City Build Competition 2026/Info doc

After the success of the 2024 spawn build competition, we are returning to Retriever Spawn City in an attempt to fill the main metro area with as many builds as we can. The main area of focus will be the residential district in the southeast.

Plots are available to claim in the community projects area of the Dogcraft Discord. Simply react to a plot with the green check mark emoji to claim it as your own. Please note you will need to have the dogcraft role on the discord to see this. There is also a small sign up sheet to fill out linked here: Spawn Build Competition 2026 Sign Ups - Dogcraft

If you have an unfinished build already at Spawn, you can finish it and enter it too!

Timeframe

The competition will run from today (12/1/26) to the 15th of February 2026. If players can aim to finish their builds by then that would be great, if you don’t make it, you can finish it after the deadline but it won't be considered during judging.

What Can I Build?

It is completely up to you! You could build a small spawn house, an aesthetic shop, maybe an embassy to your base or town? Or if you have a unique service or facility you can build that too! It's completely up to you.

You don’t have to use the full area of your spawn plot, but using as much as possible will make the town look more complete and minimise gaps.

Prizes

Special prize banners will be awarded to the winner, and the best builds will have the opportunity to be featured on our server social on Instagram and X.

Final Notes

Please remember when building in the Spawn Red zone that builds cannot be larger than 25 x 25, check the server rules to make sure you don’t include anything in your builds that violates spawn rules. Rules - Dogcraft Wiki
