Hello, I am Mr_Quasi!

About me!

My name is Mr. Quasi and I'm from the Netherlands! I have been playing Minecraft since the summer of 2012 and since the autumn of 2015 I maintain a long term survival single player world for short SSP.

Starting a long term world was inspired by popular minecrafters such as GoodTimeWithScar, Cubfan135, BdoubleO100 and Ethoslab who all had long term worlds themselves where they also record their let's play series on.

Most of them left their SSP's behind, except for Etho and Bdubs who keep on going. I myself just kept on building and grinding with the result of heading towards the 8 year anniversary in september of 2023!

On the server!

At Dogcraft I played regulary between september 2017 to september 2018 and afterwards more in waves.

I was also a part of staff between 2017-2020. In december of 2017 I became a Chatmod and in january of 2018 a Moderator. During this time I was a member of the build team with the the role of 'Master Builder'. I was the lead of the End Island overhaul project in Survival 2. Together with talented builders we made it somewhat of a fairytale instead of a barren moonscape. Sadly this project was short lived, in about 10 weeks after it's public release the server went to Survival 3.

The older players might also remember me as the one who chose to build with the controversial block called diorite. Being in the center of a Rendog/Iskall community that is like playing with fire. But none of that is luckily true! It brought me joy and fun times throughout Survival 2 and made me more creative in using building materials!

If you're interested in my Survival 2 base there is a wiki article about it Quasi's District.

As of 2023... Well, I must confess that I will never touch diorite ever again! (No that's a joke!)

My last diorite themed build was march 2021 I think, so it has already been a while...
