Camping Trip #2

I’m planning another camping trip again! Everyone can join!
It’s just a ± 3 hour session where a group of players go travel into the wild of the survival 2 world without any gear or inventory, as if we’re totally new to this world, and try to survive and explore the world.
The first trip, two weeks ago, was a lot of fun! See this post.

Camping Trip #2
TIME: Saturday febr. 10th, at 8PM UTC. Some local times: Central Europe: 9pm, UK: 8pm, US east coast: 15pm, US west coast:12pm. Check here for more local times.
DEPARTURE: City of Havana (you can /tpa to me).
I anticipate the trip’s duration to be ± 3 hours, but that totally depends on what the participants want.

Here are the rules for the trip:
  • Bring nothing. No gear, no inventory. Leave all behind.
  • Keep moving. only take along the stuff you can carry.
  • No teleporting during the trip, except…
  • When you die, don’t pick up the items you lost, so don’t use /back. Instead, /tpa to another camping trip member and start with an empty inventory again.
  • At the end of the trip, leave all your acquired stuff at the end location.

I hope some players will join me!

Looks like it was awesome, as a tip: Use F1 to hide your inventory (if you didn't change 90% of your controls)

Camping Trip #2 was such fun!
We were with a substantially bigger group than the first trip.
In random order:
Quasi_1987, SummerFlower123, dragnrider70, Brianetta, heatjr, badlittlepig, AtollaBell, cutekitten43, ramokhan, Tinker_Bob, _edo, Aeghu, _gewoon_iemand_, ectobeast (and zap_plays, didn't I see you running along too at some point?  :P ).


Here some photos of the trip:


Like the first trip, we departed from Havana.


We took the NTN (Nether Transport Network) east track to AttolaBell's base.


From there we continued straight east in the overworld.
Along the way we made a bunch of temporary camping sites.

with a jungle temple!


leaving some modest markers along the way...


pondering the feasibility of parkouring over the lava...


boating over an ocean, continuing east...


and making a lil' cabin at our final camping site,


with a cramped but cosy interior.

I almost joined you yesterday, but I was off and on so much throughout the day that I wouldn't have been able to keep up. Children and responsibilities and stuff...

Out of curiosity, how far East did you all wind up going?

I didn't check the F3 debug screen. The whole trip took 4,5 hours but we didn't travel very fast. For a wild guess I'd say we traveled between 2-4k east in the overworld, after we popped out of the nether at AtollaBell's base. I might be off quite a bit.

It might be fun if someone who wasn't on the trip could re-do the trip, using above
directions and screenshots, and find the left-behind camp sites and final cabin.
