Is it possible to get into the nether and/or the end in skyblock?

I mean, you start with only 1 lava, so getting into the nether is gonna get problematic. And if you can't go into the nether, you won't be able to get blaze powder to get into the end... if there is an end portal to begin with.

Though, if there was an active end portal block somewhere, you could go and get obsidian from there and then go into the nether.

But if there is no active portal and no inactive portal with a way to get into the nether, then getting out of the overworld seems impossible to me. Or am I missing something?

I agree as well. If it is possible it would be through a quest reward and not a hidden island or something
