i'd like to know to what extent spawn has been built on the new world. obviously it won't be spawn city level, but wondering whether things like the community farm and nether portals are there

After waiting for nearly 3 months (or was it more) I'd say: don't spoil the surprise so close to the reveal.

There's a community farm, NTN and SRN, although it is a bit tricky to navigate to the NTN and SRN. While the building and everything is much more decorated and looks better, functionality is different. In Spawn City it was farms ,SRN, NTN and random stuff, here, it's player plots and farms ,SRN, NTN.
