It shows outdated server i have minecraft 1.11.2 and i cant play in dogcraft server

Make sure you choose 1.11.2 in your launcher, and not current version or 1.12

If you go to the Mojang official site (or Google, but go to the Mojang site from Google's search list) and search "Changing game versions" it will bring you to a how to guide.
