That answer lies completely in personal opinion and which texture pack you use. Normally I would say Birch in Vanilla, but in John Smith Legacy Birch is by far my favorite.

I'm sorry but in vanilla, I don't like dark oak or birch. Not liking dark oak is a very unpopular opinion so most people would probably agree that its birch.

Personally, I like all the woods. I'll admit that Acacia is a little unique to place, but even that looks great in the right setting. Can we get an option added to the poll that says "None! They're all Beautiful!"  ;D

I assume that we are only talking about the logs in which case it would be birch, however I quite like the birch planks, if it were planks I personally like acacia the least... ;D

For me, jungle PLANKS looks the worst, but I don't have a least favourite LOG.
Fun Fact: The first time I saw a birch tree, I thought it was a metal tree!

I would say more "least favorite" than "ugliest", but spruce for me.  Although, of course, I'm planning on using it in a build soon, so... >.>

Birch. I never use it. Ever. Unless for sticks or crafting tables. But I avoid using it.

It's tough to say depends on the build itself. I'd have to say that overall I use less Birch than any of the others. I think birch fences look good, it could be nice as flooring flooring or stairs. The log texture of the acacia is amazing. I personally am not a fan of orange in general so the inside texture doesn't work well for my building style.

Oddly enough, I really like using acacia logs, as long as I can hide the orange ends. I think the grey bark goes really well with stone brick.

That's interesting. I actually like the orange wood planks but don't like the grey outside of the logs. However I will try it with stone bricks.<br />-Limo
