If so, hopefully the mouth would move up and down while wearing it. I always thought that effect was hilarious.

I do not think there is one, but if there is, it is either 1% or 0.1%, sort of like the rest of the mobs

I was able to get one on Survival 1 but I have killed hundreds of them in Survival 2 and have not been able to get a head. I have an Iron farm and all of my kills have been player kills so I would think I would of had one by now if they were able to drop them.

Do you have fire effects on the weapon you are killing with? I heard that fire and looting don't play well together. I think this and ghast head would give me the most problems. XD

No I don't. No flame or fire aspect.
