Hello fellow cyberdogs! I am new here and would like to play on the server with everyone for the first time but I have never done such a thing. How can this be done and is it free or do I have to pay? What does it mean when it tells me I have to link my minecraft account to the dogcraft account I am confused here? and how do I do this? So many questions so little time.

Firstly, welcome! Secondly type /kit linking for a guide on how to linl your account (if that's still a thing) and yes the server is free with a generally alright economy (unless ypu step near that j0n_r4ng, heard he's a pretty shadey fellow).
As for never being on a server, its just like singleplayer! The only difference is there are people to play with amd shops to buy things from!

2. Click the link in the left menu that says link account.
3. Copy the code
4. login to the server and paste the code. it should start with /dclink

Ok it is number that I don't get how do I log into the server? I don't see one. I start my game first but what do I do after that?

Yes I saw it and it didn't help. There is nothing under the link code.

Log in to minecraft, at the main menu you will see a multiplayer option. Select that and then go to "Add Server". Type in Dogcraft in the first box and in the 2nd box type in server.dogcraft.net

You can now connect to the server. Once you are on the server you can ask a mod for help with linking.
