Plans for new server
« on: September 04, 2017, 01:22:01 am »
I decided that I should make a thread where people can post their ideas for the new server so other people can get inspiration, plan builds together, and help others find biomes or resources for their builds.
I'm wanting to build an oasis in a desert biome, so if someone knows where one is then the coords would be appreciated.
I also have a plot in the brown district at spawn where I will have a starter house for now, and later something cooler.

Hi. I am similarly in the brown district. For now Its the bare necessities. But planning something more in the future.

For a base I'm currently traversing the overworld, in search of the ideal ocean locale to emtpy out a big section and have a sort of mix oceanic valley. Shape?? Not sure yet... all I know is I'm at 17000 blocks from spawn and haven't found the ideal place yet.

Also trying to decide on final shape of the valley, something symmetrical like square, star, octagon, pentagon etc. or even a rhombus 🤔
Or something more natural and irregular.

Anyway, good luck all in your endeavours.

i'll probably do what i did on the old server: go to the nether, find a fortress, and make a ufo base in the overworld that the fortress leads to. might get a plot at spawn to have a portal in, so that people can travel to the fortress once i make a village around the ufo

Probably gonna build a decent iron farm, but I'm limited to doing a simple iron farm, so I was wondering if there are any good simple ones.
