Tree Farm Issue!

Hey guys , I'm sorry but my minecraft crashed in the middle of me harvesting birch from the community farm and I can't get it working so I'm not able to clean up or replant... sorry :'(

About the tree farm, there are no birch saplings, and I think it's because when people are done farming, they replant, so the new trees grow before the saplings drop.
