You can create a chestshop by leftclicking a chest with the item you want to sell. You then use /n <number> to enter the amount of DCD you want to trade the item for. The chestshop defaults to selling the item. If you want to buy the item, use /qs buy directly after creating the shop. You have to put the item you want to sell in the chest to sell them. You have 1 chest shop by default, and can buy more in the webshop with DCD.
If you need help renting a mall plot, ask any online staff member, we all know how to help with it, and it's easier to explain in-game. Assuming you're on Sur2: Do not try to rent a mall plot through the website option, this is only for Sur1. Renting a mall plot on Sur2 is all done in-game.
As for the price of gunpowder: There is not some kind of index with all prices of sold items in it, with the amount of changes made to the mall each day, this is simply not feasible to update manually. Your best guess is walking around the mall, looking for the item you want to know more about.
