Hello all,
I'm new to the server and have tried to use the shops in the mall. When I do this I get a notification in the chat that the shop is locked. Can I get some assistance on how to properly use the shops in the mall?

I do believe that to get that message you are right clicking the shops... try left clicking instead.  You should get a message in chat that asks you to type how many of the item you want to buy in chat; once you enter a number, if you have the right amount of DCD and the store has items, then you should receive them.
