I hope that someone on staff gets back to you. Another great tip is to join the server discord. If you are in a help channel, then they'll reach out and see if they can help. I know this was the case when the website is down.

When trying to get on the server make sure you using the regular minecraft version 1.12.2 if still having any troubles message me please or contact one of the headmods on discord.
