Who do I contact about putting on a contest that has DCD that I put up as the prize?

Does this even need approval?

I was pointed in 1 direction but never got back even a single reply.

As far as I know you can always put on a contest and reward the winners they way you want. As long as it goes fair and no arguments can come from it I believe the mods will allow anything that follows the rules.
