i know that polar bears can drop heads, and the ones that have heads in vanilla aren't overridded, other than that i'm not quite sure of the extent

That's indeed a good list of most mobheads, but not all. All the way down page 2, Iron also updates it with more mobs, but I'm still missing Husk and Stray in the list (of which I know they exist), which makes me think there might be more it's missing.

I would also love to hear what heads from staffmembers are possible to acquire, and the chances of this. I've heard that they occasionally drop from Withers (not 100% on this one) and Enderdragons, and have seen one of the Headmod-heads (j0nr4ng, I think) in someone's base.
