how do I get out of this unknown server and back to the survival server?

Use the command /hub to get to the hub, you can access the different servers from there.

Did you update minecraft to 1.12.2? 'Cause that's how I ended up stuck by myself in an unknown server until I found a mod to ask via Discord.  Fixed me right up.
