So yea. The title explains it. I was at 73,000 when the website crashed. I lost so much and i'm at 27,786. I paid real money for this and I really feel that my balance should be fixed. Thanks

Due to the loss of data for the site DCD balances weren't restored 100%. It was restored to the closest back up we had server side. We'll be speaking with Ren about DCD for people who spent real life money on this issue, however as he's currently on holiday this will have to wait. Our apologies, as you can understand it was never our intention for the server data to be lost, manually restoring balances might not be possible as it would require a lot of work and we would have nothing but the users word to rely on. Someone could say they had a billion DCD and now only have 10,000 and we would have no way to verify this. We'll be doing our best to come to a solution and go over the matter with Rendog.

i lost about just over 400k from the crash lol, I understand that crashes happen but 400k all from diamond patron money is a little silly esp as most of it was from my January patreon, Februarys I spent on a ren npc lol. how do I message matti?
