A post by the Hermitron Squad:
Welcome to Hermitron Game on Dogcraft!
Hermitron Hall is a safe place to keep your Hermitron collection and this is where you will submit sets of Hermitrons for points. Hermitrons are manually placed into the Survival world by an unnamed team of Placers. They can be found within a 10K radius of spawn, in a variety of places.
Typing "/hermitron menu" will bring up an interactive menu where you can view the tribes, rules and how to score.

Claiming and decorating your plot
--------------------------------
Once you have selected a plot, you can claim it by standing inside it and typing /hermitron claim into chat. Now that you have claimed a plot you are free to decorate within the purpur stairs, and up to 6 blocks tall. Please include 9 item frames in your decoration where you will display your hermitron collection. This will aid in trades with other players.

Collecting Hermitrons
-----------------------------------------
In the survival world, you will come across Hermitron Booster Packs. You can collect up to two booster packs each twenty four hour period. Please remember to remove all of the glass. You may keep the shulker box for your own use. Inside the Booster Box you will find Hermitrons.
Bring any Hermitrons you find back to Hermitron Hall and trade to build up scoring sets on your plot. Clicking on the bed in the hermitron menu will warp you to the hermitron hall.
You may only keep nine hermitrons at any one time. Excess hermitrons must be placed in the trade chests in the centre of the hall. For more information about trading, check the “How to Trade” section below. Submitting Hermitrons for points allows you to collect more.

How to Score
-----------------------------------------
There are a few ways of scoring points by collecting Hermitrons.
All hermitrons have a Tribe and Rarity Value
for example [A.3.M] Shaka is an Alpha Edition, Tribe 3 Mythic, called Shaka. This information will be valuable for completing Scoring Sets. The different rarities - Common, Uncommon, Rare and Mythic - indicate how frequently they will spawn in the Survival World.
To score points you can of course, collect each Hermitron from a particular Tribe. When submitted this will earn you 10 points. Alternatively, you can collect three different mythics, and submit those for 4 points, 9 unique Rare Hermitrons will earn three points.
And three sets of three-of-a-kind in a single tribe will earn you two points.
Using a Hermitron as an item will break the Hermitron. Broken Hermitrons will not be accepted within a valid scoring set.
----------------------------------------
How to Trade
-----------------------------------------
Trading Chests can be found around the centre of Hermitron Halls. You may trade any
one of your hermitrons for any
one hermitron in the Trading Chests. These chests are emptied daily. You may also contact other players to organise trades with them. Players names will be displayed in chat as you enter their plots.

Submitting Points
------------------------------------------
Congratulations! Place sets ready to be scored into the Shulker box on your plot. The light will go on and the scoring staff will know to check your points. Now you are free to continue building your collection, or to leave the halls. Our staff will be by shortly to check your set and allocate your points.

Checking your score
-----------------------------------------
Player points, Rules and Leaderboards will be displayed on the dogcraft.net website. Visit
http://dogcraft.net/hermitron.php to check your score. Please check the forums regularly for announcements, special promotions and updates.

Invalid Points
-----------------------------------------
Incorrect sets will be moved into that chest on your plot, and we ask you to quickly correct the issue, and resubmit. If you feel that staff have incorrectly assessed your set as invalid, please contact the scorers. Your scorer's name will be on display at the end of the wing your plot is within. You will still be required to reduce your held Hermitrons to 9 before you leave the hall again.
