So, I've figured out after visiting the Island of Lost Cats, that there is no ReNThECaT since something needs to be fixed with that. Other than that, the other two are good, which is with Gustavo in the spawn city (Molemart), as well as Filbert in the Stream Town. However, I haven't been able to find Filbert, does anyone know where he is by any chance.

I know where Filbert is

so if you go north of streamtown spawn there will be staircaseclimer and vic
if you go to the left you should be able to see him
