I have a few, but i don't understand how some of you can have 300,000+ DogCraftDollars. Please do explain

Shops, Quests, posting on the forum, there are many ways you can get dcd. Mob arena can also get you some but i'm unsure how the dcd works there. sometimes you get 2k for getting to wave 70-80, and sometimes you get 10k for getting to wave 60.

There are several ways. Quests, forum posting, and mob arena do yield some, but the big money comes from being highly competitive in shops mainly. Also being a Patreon can provide very large amounts of DCD. For example, I'm Emerald level Patreon and one of the rewards for that is 300,000dcd per month. For Diamond level Patreon gives you 500,000dcd per month. Most people that are "DCD multi-millionaires" have very successful stores in the Mall and are also Patreon supporters at the top 2 levels (Diamond and Emerald).

Setting up a shop is costly at first but a good way of getting tons of DCD's!
Either buying the whole stock of one person's stock and then selling them for a few more DCD's (not sure if this is allowed, sincere apologies if it isn't, if it isn't I WON'T do it!).
Also a good way of getting money from making shops is finding what people want. For example mending books (but plz don't afk fish farm!), diamonds (use fortune and get tons, that's what peeps want!), emeralds & iron (make an iron farm), etc.
There should be more quests though, as some people have probably finished most/all of them by now.
You should also do the mob arena in teams, so you have a higher chance of getting to better waves.

A lot have made their fortune through shops. Patreons also get a certain amount of DCD per month, I believe from 150k-500k a month.

The other part of that equation is that some of the people, with the HUGE bucks, have been on this server for a long time. They have just haven't spent their money.
