This is a great Sci-fi about a time traveler named "the doctor" (when he introduces himself he is usually met with the question 'doctor who?' Thus the name). This show has many great characters and love stories it's a wonderful drama with fantastic futuristic science in one episode and historical omage in the next.

This is a 45-60 minute show with 10 seasons of the 2005 continuation with approximately 20 episodes in each this is not currently available on netflix (in the United states)

This is a beautifully writen drama about Sherlock Holmes but in a modern day time setting. This is my favorite out of all the shows I will be writing about! I really enjoy the fast paced brilliant banter between Sherlock and his roommate, John Watson these are p.i. (personal investigators) for hire and for fun, taking on the toughest cases in all of England even secretly aiding the royal family at one point. This is a must watch for anyone who likes an amazingly intense criminology show.

This is a 90 minute show with 4 seasons each with 3 episodes except season 3 which includes an extra episode (my favorite) and 3 30 minute behind the scenes episodes.

This is a well written tragic story about the rising DC comic's hero Green Arrow. Oliver Queen, a rich 20 something playboy is on his bout when he wrecks into an island called leaun yu where he struggles to survive and he gains a particular set of skills in the 5 years he spends away from his old life. He uses these skills to become a vigilante who kills just about anyone who gets in his way and in this drama which inludes atleast one cross over episode with The Flash per season he learns to work with others along with restraint and stops dropping bodies every episode. This somewhat depressing show tries to bring hope into a dying Star City.

This is a 45 minute show with 5 seasons, each with 20ish episodes

This is my favorite DC Comic based show with its surprisingly slow paced drama/mild Sci-fi. This show has great writing, it has romance but doesn't over do it which I believe can be hard to find nowadays however the Sci-fi quality suffers... it only takes a fresh highschool education to cringe every time they try to baffle people with tech talk but it's much better if you watch at 3 a.m.and your brain isn't working lol. But no really it is a very good show and it's not hard to get past the goplety gook. Oh and it also has lots of cross over episodes with Arrow.

This is a 45 minute show with 3 seasons, each with about 22 episodes.

RWBY

An anime/anime-inspired show, created by the late Monty Oum (although it is still going).

Show is about a world overrun with soulless monsters called Grimm. People who are skilled enough train from childhood to become Huntsmen and Huntresses to combat the Grimm.
While at Secondary combat schools (college/university age), students are grouped into teams of four made up of the initials of the team members (e.g. RWBY is Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long).

Each character is unique, with their own individual look, personality, and weapon (which 9/10 times is also a gun or another weapon).

Episodes vary in length between 5 minutes and 30 minutes. There are currently 4 volumes (volume 5 starts in October). Volume 1 has 16 episodes, Volumes 2, 3, and 4 have 12 each.

It's best to start watching from the Red trailer and go through the 4 trailers before starting the series.

Been part of this fandom forever, and it's by far one of my all time favorite shows. Each season is based on a different theme while using the same actors just playing different characters. The seasons go as follows, Murder House, Asylum, Coven, Freak Show, Hotel, Roanoke, and the latest coming out this september is going to be AHS:Cult. There are a bunch of teaser trailers being released daily now, and im very excited to see what happens in this season!!
