Toadstool Station was the sixth station on the Husky North Line in Survival 4. The station was designed and built by 20.png N1cM4tth3w63. It was the first 6th station to open on Survival 4, doing so on the 26th of August 2021 in a double opening alongside Ohm Shores Station. Its completion marked the most stations reached by any North Line in Dogcraft history, beating out the Survival 3 North Lineโ€™s record of 5 stations.

About The Station

The station took the form of a giant red cap mushroom, with the main station being located inside it. Surrounding the station were various other smaller mushrooms complete with interiors, although mostly they served no purpose and were solely aesthetic. However, one mushroom at the back of the station housed the station's branch line terminal, which was unused. The area around the station was also landscaped with bushes, leaves, and grasses, with a small monument at the top of the hill where a phome was located.

When entering the station, the player was met with a winding staircase that took them up to the main station platform. This platform held main line connections southwards towards Ohm Shores Station at the base of 20.png Tekbot0507 and a potential future expansion northward. This floor also contained network maps and a map of the rocky surrounds of the station. The corners and nooks are filled with foliage giving an overgrown fantasy feel to the station.

Taking a ladder further up followed by another winding staircase took the player out of the stem and into the main portion of the mushroom. This area included beds, ender chests and other station facilities all nestled into various corners of this atrium. Looking up, the player would have saw lanterns and end rods dangling from the ceiling far above the landing. A hole at the top of the station allowed players with elytra easy access and exits from the station. An NTN portal was located at the far corner of the landing, linking Toadstool Station with the nether.

The stretch of track leading to the station from Ohm Shores Station was a huge group effort, with 20.png eybwam, 20.png Montenator, 20.png Minda905 and 20.png Slomo_1994 all helping in constructing large portions of the line.
