			Citizens of Sunshine Harbor are kept safe thanks to CATS - the Community Agency for Town Safety - as was also the case in Sur5. These feline Peace Officers are deployed throughout the town under the watchful command of Captain Waffles and Commander Bou (AKA the real-life cats of one of our Y21 Board Members). When visiting Sunshine Harbor, you may also come across our hard-working Sales Pup and Security Consultant, Bandit. Its headquarters building - designed by {{Player\|jvkermit}} - is heavily inspired by the real-life Cooper Union Foundation Building (opened in NYC in 1859) and is currently under construction. The launch of the new world also formally brings brings {{Player\|kfr4014}} on board as Public Relations Manager. Our legal department requires us to include that although Kfr is a full member of Y21, his eligibility for coverage under the company's insurance plan remains under review due to a long history of "accidents" on Dogcraft.
